In a career span of over 19 years, Sha Hashim has proved himself to be a reliable resource in Accounts & Finance to various travel and tourism companies. After graduating in Commerce from the University of Kerala, Sha took a course in IATA UFTAA at Millennium. To further hone his technical skills, he also went on to receive a Diploma in Advanced Software Technology from CMC-ATC.
Over the years, he has learnt and executed various policies and processes to power the finance and accounts department, while consistently coaching and mentoring his team members. Sha has extensive experience in finalization of accounts, budgeting exercise, cash flow analysis, liaise with banks and other financial institutions, treasury management, receivables and payables management etc.
In addition to these core experiences, Sha also has vast experience in software migration and he has successfully managed quite many software migrations in his 15 years Career. His willingness to perform increasingly better each day has made him a successful leader.
Sha started his career in the year 2002 with Altima Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd and then joined Riya Travel & Tours India Pvt. Ltd. In the year 2007, he joined ITL World, UAE. Owing to his commitment and integrity, he was then promoted as a Manager for UAE region.
With over a decade of hands-on experience and receiving extensive training in the Travel and Tourism industry, Sha looks forward to taking another successful leap in his career and is confident of his capability to take on more advanced roles.
